Welcome to the Roberts Street Chapel
The word “chapel” may have different meanings for different people, but this Chapel is a place open to people of all religious and secular beliefs, free of charge, and full of art. Anybody can come in and stay. Prayer, meditation, rest – whatever it is that you want to do in this space, it is a space created for the purpose of providing inspiration and comfort.
The artist has compared the three interior walls of art to the movements of a symphony, thereby linking her three passions – art, music, and architecture – through the creation of this beautiful space, which has been open to the public since 2002.
